What is Getting Over It?
Getting Over It is a grueling mountain climbing game where you control a man sitting in a cauldron with only a sledgehammer to grip, throw, and push as he attempts to climb to the top of a mountain. The mechanics are extremely minimalist but the difficulty is high, described by the author as a "punishing climbing game."
The gameplay is quite simple, players touch the screen to rotate, hook, bounce with the hammer, learn the techniques of "lever", "hammer swing" to overcome obstacles.
